Welcome to our family run smallholding
We offer a selection of peaceful accommodation options, all based on our beautiful family smallholding between the Snowdonia mountains and Cambrian Coast, with footpaths from the doorstep and easy access to shops, restaurants and walks. The Crogloft (2+2) glamping loft has mountain and sunrise views, its own garden and firepit, The Pottery (4+3) offers luxury living with sunset/sea views, a log burner and hot tub. In the summer we also have some of the most spectacular camping and glamping in Snowdonia- 5m bell tents in our wild flower meadow and tent pitches.
The area surrounding our smallholding is teeming with wildlife, flora and fauna. Watch the red kites fly high, and see the return of the swallows to nest in the barn in summer. Watch dolphins from the beach from June-August and enjoy the huge night sky from the comfort of the wood fired hot tub in this special protected night sky zone of Wales. We welcome children and families, walkers, couples and groups. Indulge yourself with a Swedish massage, meditation session and yoga all available from your host.
Try a weekend of walking, wild swimming or stand up paddle boarding. Pop to the local pub, a 20 minute walk away. Take advantage of the local mountain biking scene and take a dip in the sea or lake afterwards. Visit waterfalls, historic castles and over 5 local beaches. Sample fresh Saltmarsh lamb, fish from the bay and locally brewed beer in the award winning restaurants and pubs nearby. Whatever your Welsh adventure, we can help you craft some fantastic memories of Snowdonia into your stay. Give us a call to create your perfect Snowdonia holiday.

Thanks Katy for such a fabulous weekend.
There is plenty to explore in this area of Snowdonia. Walkers will find paths suitable for a variety of levels-plenty of high mountain peaks, flat long beach walks, gentle walks with panoramic views and easy walks suitable for younger children or those with more limited mobility. Precipice walk, the Mawddach Estuary, Cadair Idris, Cregannen Lakes, Aran Fawddwy and Dolgoch waterfalls are all easily accessible by car from your base.
Small but perfect place for a getaway with stunning views
You have the best of both worlds with out of the way quiet places nearby, but also a large village and town a few minutes drive
We loved it as a base for walking
Tiny but clean and nicely presented
accomodation, with fantastic views from a very comfortable bed or balcony!
We had a great time here, the views are stunning, location is ideal if you want to get off the beaten track and escape. The local shops/amenities are just 5 mins down the road. The added bonus of the hot tub helps after a day out in the mountains. It has all the facilities you’d need for a short stay, microwave, kettle, pots etc. it’s clean and tidy, the bed is comfy and the room was lovely and warm, it’s private from the main house and not overlooked. The pets are also super friendly. We really enjoyed our time here.
